OrmeSat - A Welsh Company Working in WalesORMESAT BRINGING HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTO RURAL AREAS
We are a small family run company based near Conwy North Wales and offer a friendly personal service to all our customers throughout the UK and Ireland. Every company will offer you a quality service but in my experience that’s not always what you get, but with Ormesat that is exactly what you the customer can expect! My name is Kevin Jones and I have been in the business of satellite dish and aerial installations for twenty three years. I also have a HNC in IT & Business from Coleg Llandrillo
When you call you won’t have to listen to music for ages or waste your time keying different options only to speak to someone with only a limited knowledge of the technical aspects of satellite installation! More often than not you will be speaking directly to me, I can advise you and answer any questions you may have on every aspect of the process of your Tooway purchase and installation.
When I arrive at your property I will discuss all aspects of the Tooway Installation with you before any work begins and advise you if there are any extra costs beforehand. You won’t get any nasty surprises from me. I will demonstrate the system working when we finish and answer any questions you may have.
Because of the nature of the business; that is working specifically within communities in rural areas, I understand how vital it is that you get the best possible service. I know that by making sure you are happy your friends and neighbours will soon get to hear about it as well which undoubtedly will bring in a lot more work OrmeSat’s way within your area.
Although you will find many other companies from which you can buy your Tooway System, please be aware however that although they can sell you the Tooway System, in most cases the installation is contracted out to a separate installation company; whereas with OrmeSat we sell and install the equipment ourselves. So if any problems arise post install or if any after sales service is required you know you can deal with Ormesat direct. So when you buy your Tooway System from us you are also buying an extra level of experience and personal service; as with most things today ‘you do get what you pay for’.
Although the majority of our work is installation of the Tooway System within Wales we do also operate nationally, having installed Tooway broadband systems throughout the UK. We are able to offer sales and a comprehensive service of our Tooway systems throughout the British Isles and indeed within The European Union.
Tooway on Wales’s Highest Mountain – Snowdon
We’ve installed Tooway in some unusual places in the past and the one we did recently has to rank among them. It was for The Snowdonia National Park Authority at their Warden’s office site. Owing to the location, broadband while needed had been unavailable to them until we installed a Tooway System. They now are able to get speeds up to 12 Mbps and this has made a big difference to operations at the site. We look forward to installing a second system to their new offices which are currently under construction in The Ogwen Valley in the near future.
Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation
“Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation is one of the busiest mountain rescue teams in the UK. We provide a 24-hour service every day of the year. Part of this service requires reliable internet access to update our live incident logs, team management systems, casualty location software and team member positions while on incident. Until now our provision via land line has been extremely poor with many weeks where we have had no access at all.
Local installers Ormesat recently installed a Tooway satellite system as part of a Welsh Assembly grant. The installation was quick and efficient and has provided us with a reliable connection and download speeds of around 5 Mbps whereas before we were lucky to achieve 128Kbps. This has been of great benefit to us as we can now quickly transfer relevant data during rescues and reliably broadcast data from our weather station and webcams via our website.” Best wishes Tim Radford OVMRO IT group
