WHOOP, a startup co-founded by Aurelian Nicolae, S.B. ’12 (mechanical engineering) has raised $25 million in financing from investors.
The Boston-based company, netbet live casinowhich produces a wearable device that measures body strain, was co-founded in 2012 by Nicolae, John Capodilupo, and Will Ahmed. WHOOP will use the funds to accelerate global scale NetBet Casinoand international expansion.
Nicolae currently serves as product engineer at WHOOP.
