A novel microscope co-developed netbet casino appby Tsung-li Liu, Ph.D. ’13 (electrical engineering), has been featured in Science.
Liu, currently a research scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, worked on the microscope project while he was a postdoctoral associate at the Janelia Research Campus of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. The microscope is capable of capturing 3-D images and videos of cells inside living organisms in unprecedented detail.
At Vertex, Liu is designing NetBet Casinooptical systems to help researchers understand the effects of diseases and drugs on cells.
