Lisa Alvarez-Cohen, A.B. ’84 (engineering and netbet casino reviewapplied sciences) has been appointed vice provost for academic planning at the University of California, Berkeley.
Alvarez-Cohen, Fred and Claire Saur Professor of Environmental Engineering, joined the faculty at UC Berkeley in 1991. Her NetBet Casinoresearch focuses on the application of microbiological processes for the elimination of environmental contaminants.
