All events held at SEAS must follow the Harvard Campus Use Rules.
Key Events Supported by the Office Include:
- Events hosted by the Dean, such as faculty retreats, all-hands meetings, and SEAS-wide celebrations
- Ph.D. Hooding Ceremony
- Commencement Reception
- Design & Project Fair
- Select large-scale events by the SEAS Office of Academic Programs, including:
- Graduate Student Open House & Orientation
- Sophomore Convocation
- NetBet PokerOther high level events with over 100 attendees
- Special Dean’s Office events involving the University’s senior leadership and visiting dignitaries
Additionally, we serve as a resource to the SEAS community, providing advice and guidance to help efficiently and effectively organize area- and office-based events and meetings.
